Originally called the much longer name, The Pharmaceutical Bandits, The RX Bandits emerged from the third wave of ska punk bands that were rocking out in California at the time. It was the 90s and punks everywhere were growing more and more interested in the ska elements bands like them were introducing to the classic punk sound. Making music for years, it wasn’t until the release of their magnum opus, The Resignation, that things really took off.
